In their own words.

"I had three life insurance policies and genuinely didn't understand what any of them covered. After Course 01, I could actually read the documents. It sounds simple, but it changed how I felt about my own situation."

Siriporn Kongsakul

Bangkok · Course 01 · March 2026

"The 11-week program helped me see our household's coverage as a whole for the first time. My wife and I went through it together — the reserve sizing module alone was worth the entire course fee."

Anurak Patthanapong

Nonthaburi · Course 02 · February 2026

"I appreciated that the team didn't try to sell me anything. The material was honest about trade-offs, which I wasn't used to from the insurance conversations I'd had before. I would have given full marks if the workload in week seven had been a little lighter."

Wanchai Charoenwong

Chiang Mai · Course 01 · January 2026

"I completed the 15-week program in January. The protection folio is something we actually use — my husband and I reviewed it together last month. It's not a certification on a wall; it's a document that lives in our home."

Panida Thaweechai

Bangkok · Course 03 · January 2026

"The mentor conversation in the 15-week program was the most useful hour I spent on financial matters all year. Nanthida asked exactly the right questions and helped me see which parts of my situation needed attention and which were actually fine."

Ratana Khemkham

Pathum Thani · Course 03 · March 2026

"I took Course 02 after my 48th birthday, mostly because a colleague mentioned it. The pacing worked well for me — I was able to fit it around a busy stretch at work without feeling I'd missed anything important."

Three learner journeys in detail.

Case 01 · Course 01

Reading the policy she already had.

Challenge

A 46-year-old professional in Bangkok had held a critical illness policy for eight years without fully understanding the exclusion clauses — a gap she recognised only when a family member made a claim on a similar product.

Approach

After completing Course 01, she worked through her own policy document using the reading framework from weeks five and six, annotating it section by section.

Outcome

She identified two exclusions that applied directly to her family history and opened a conversation with her advisor about adding a rider — a conversation she felt prepared to lead. Timeline: 7 weeks.

Case 02 · Course 02

Seeing the household picture whole.

Challenge

A couple in their early 50s in Nonthaburi had separate policies purchased at different times, with no clear sense of whether their combined coverage matched their actual household risk.

Approach

They completed Course 02 together, working through the household reserve sizing module jointly and using the family policy review framework to map their combined position.

Outcome

They found one policy with significant overlap with another, freeing budget they chose to redirect toward a healthcare reserve fund. Timeline: 11 weeks.

Case 03 · Course 03

Building something the family could use.

Challenge

A 54-year-old in Bangkok with adult children abroad wanted to create a document that his family could access quickly and confidently if something happened to him.

Approach

He completed the 15-week program, using both mentor conversations to shape the folio around his specific family structure and the contacts most relevant to his situation.

Outcome

The folio now lives in shared cloud storage accessible to his children. He reviews and updates it each April. He described the experience as "the first financial task I've finished that felt genuinely complete." Timeline: 15 weeks.
